winnie&bezza
Had a really enjoyable few hours out with the air rifle this morning. Had a stalked crow that was mooching about in a grass field and I still can't believe I was able to get a shot off at it. 2 Maggie's around the pig pen within 5 mins of getting to farm and a squirrel in small wood that was taken with a standing 35 yd shot to the chest through twigs when it stopped running up a half fallen down tree and sat bolt upright. One of my favourite shots. Great morning. Edited October 30, 2016 by winnie&bezza

7daysinaweek
Well done there on the corvids and squizzer, it all helps give other wildlife a breather. Good fieldcraft on the crow, you have done extremely well to get within humane range as they are the most wary and intelligent of all corvids in my opinion. I have an s410 cracking guns, what calibre is it? atb 7diaw Edited October 31, 2016 by 7daysinaweek

Well the crow landed in a field I was looking out in as I was waiting for maggies to come to a decoy. It sat to my left 70 yds out for 25 mins in the same spot and when I thought did it I'm gonna stalk it (crawling prone through wet grass), it decided to go for a walk towards the barb fence line looking for worms etc. Ended up shooting it as it was tight to the fence amongst patches of tall stinging nettles. One of the weirdest stalks and kills I've had. Yes great guns. It's .22 mate.
