craig1982
Hi Guy's, I have a Sako Finnfire P94 which I purchased new years ago. I rarely use it these days, but I took it out in the field today. After firing 5 shots I noticed the magazine would not drop out. I had to ease it out with a car key. Once I got home I gave the magazine and receiver a good clean but it needed a very slight push to get it to drop out. If I close the bolt and then eject the magazine, it drops out without any assistance. Has anybody had a similar problem ?
scutt
only problem with my sako mag was a build up of wax from rounds clogging up the mag and stopping the feed of rounds into the breech I would make sure both mag and port are clear of wax. craig1982
I have cleaned every thing around the magazine, but it still needs a very light push to release it from the rifle. Will probably purchase a 10 round magazine as these hang down from the rifle so they can be pulled out of the rifle.
1066
My Finnfire is the same but never seen it as a problem. If I slide the bolt forward there's just enough spring pressure on the follower to pop the mag out.
roostshooter1
my p94s has never had an issue with the mag releasing I use 5 and 10 shot in that gun and she performs effortlessly cracking rifles and still the best looking rim fire out there today
spandit
Mine sometimes has trouble ejecting live rounds (CCI) but it's a fantastic rifle nonetheless
