figgy
Bought one of these end of last year, very nice gun which I prefer to the grade 5 as I think the black action looks and lasts better than the colour hardened finish on the grade five. Best of luck with the sale.
plank06
That's also why I chose it figgy, love the gun but not got the time to use it!
motty
I'm afraid I disagree. Whilst I love mine, the black action has worn a lot during the 12 years I have had mine.
Snoozer
Great looking Gun. I love my black actioned
Whitebridges
Is there a difference between the IV ( grade 4 presumably) and the V ( grade 5)
figgy
Only difference is the action colouring, the 4 is black with gold birds and the 5 is colour hardened with gold birds. Motty how have you managed to wear the black off the action? The colour cased one would have been bare in no time unless re lacquered every year
Whitebridges
Thanks figgy. For my money the 5 looks better.
