v-max Posted June 29, 2007 Report Share Posted June 29, 2007 Hello all have made a friend from other form & invited him up here to me for a stalk he came last weekend.We had a friday night stalk & a saturday morning stalk saw a few good beast's & a buck pushing a doe like the rut.My ground is alot of crop area with wood's etc & big roe like fife as im only an hour north.Mate couldent beleave the ground up here & size of the buck's & when he shot his first young buck wee were sat whatching 2 big buck's & a young buck with the 1 we shot.I saw 2-3 new buck's that iv not seen all year & big lad's too so good fun. Weather was good despite the weather we have had here & saw a few beast's but no chance's.I ended up showing him my ground & found a young buck & doe i know.We watched them & they went into a bit & i said there's an old buck there & out came young buck with big lad behind him.The old buck tryed to keep the doe but she was too fasrt for him & we got the buck.A very old buck & good to get.
