lakeside1000
I would like to try some beach fishing for mackerel on the Norfolk coast but have no idea where to go, has anyone caught or heard of anyone catching off the beach or piers, Im just north of Great yarmouth but anywhere within reason, Just waiting for the combines to start so I can get on the pigeons but love a bit of fishing when I get the chance. stuartc44
Heading off to Weybourne this morning, will let you now how I get on. Haven't heard of any yet though.
Lampwick
They don't appear t be in at the moment as the water is rather coloured inshore. However Weybourne or Salthouse are always popular when they are about. You will also catch them off Cromer Pier but it does get a bit busy!!!!! stuartc44
Only stopped for an hour, saw five caught on one cast, nothing else. Loads of small sandeels close in, will probably have another go this evening.

henry d
Not everyone takes that view, some people are more than happy, if it was "Where are bass/cod/pollack..." not sure I would be letting tom, **** and H know, but mackies, no problem, but there again I fish 99% of the time from a kayak
