leeboy
I never had a problem with junk email until 2 months ago and then suddenly it started. Now I get between 10 and 30ish junk emails everyday. I solved it by using a program called 'spamfighter' it did cost 20 quid but worth every penny. I think there may well be some free email filters but I dont know how good they are. Spamfighter is excellent and I'm very pleased with it so far. Cranfield
This is the best free software (although I bought the Pro version) that I have ever downloaded onto my PC. It will solve all your problems. http://www.mailwasher.net/
pin
Quickest hassle free way to fix this is to sign up for gmail (invitation sent LB) and then configure it to pick up your work email instead. The anti-spam in that is extremely good, best of all it comes in at a very reasonable £0.00 Once you get the invitation sign up and then drop me a mail at the gmail address LB

pin
It's a boffin's type point to make, but I prefer to only download my mail rather than a load of spam
Cranfield
I have a GMail account, which only a few people know the address of and agree their Spam catcher is very good. However, I believe a lot of Spam comes from them trawling around looking for where you have used your email address when registering on Forums etc. For this purpose I have always used a "fslife.co.uk" address, this attracts about 350+ Spam emails a day. I also use a wanadoo.co.uk address for specific sites like my Bank, Credit card etc., this has now started to get about 10-15 Spam, emails a day. I believe that the more public your email address is, the more Spam you will attract.
