This stuff really isn’t that complicated.

The CPS payment is confidential because they won’t want it published and used as any sort of benchmark which they may be committed to in the future.

As for the Green ‘revolation’ that driven billionaire shouts at his staff (a lot), I mean really? And there was me thinking that billionaires got to the top with kind words and nothing but the purest love for their fellow man in their hearts.

I always had the old fashioned view that if you didn’t like working somewhere then leave.

I think Cliff Richard might disagree.

Both the police and the BBC have already paid up in that case.  The figures are on line and are 'substantial'.  It also cost the BBC a large sum in legal costs -  presumably because they decided to fight it ...... and lost.

I agree - and in leaving, if you accept the settlement, agree and sign an NDA - then don't go talking to all and sundry about it.

If you think there has been a crime committed, talk to the police, not the press.

Whilst the Police and BBC have coughed up, no heads appear to have rolled, nor criminal proceedings.

Thanks, I see!..........But I think Cliff would agree they should be held responsible?.......The problem is the police don't mind payin compensation because it ain't their money and let's face it, they ain't gonna investigate themselves and they ain't gonna prosecute themselves either are they?
