kennett Posted June 18, 2019 Report Share Posted June 18, 2019 Evening all, does anyone have a contact for the Night vision store? I bought a Pard 007 in Dec, and after very minimal use it is faulty. Over the course of a month they have ignored emails, failed to call me back 2 or 3 times and ignored a voicemail. All the calls go to a completely unconnected call centre who take a name and number and tell you they will get the owner to call back, but even they said he is very hard to get hold of and unlikely to call! Kgreg Posted June 19, 2019 Report Share Posted June 19, 2019 I emailed him on the 10th April 2019 about some shims for my 800l never got a reply as yet, “we don’t do them” would have done, either he doesn’t read them or doesn’t reply neither is acceptable. His kit is good but his business methods could be improved and that's for sure. NV Forum is your best bet. Not perfect but it usually works.
