WHERE ARE ALL THE PIGEONS ???

HI EVERYONE,COULD ANYONE TELL ME PLEASE WHERE ARE THE BEST PLACES TO SHOOT AROUND BURTON-UPON-TRENT AREAS ?? I AM A MEMBER OF NPPC AND HAVE SHOT CURBOROUGH AND NEEDWOOD OVER WHEAT AND RAPE BUT NOT MANY BIG BAGS ?? DOES AMYONE KNOW WHERE THE PIGEONS ARE :yes:?:huh:??? :o :lol:

now the rape is being swathed in many areas....the abundance of food will cause the flocks to disipate some what.............

 

 

theres alot to be said for a good old Reccying mate...................................get out there man and look for them!!!!!!! :lol::yes:

i've done quite a bit of reccying i just wondered if there were any hot spots i didn't know of :( :yes::lol:

They are where they always are !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .........................................Nowhere near ME !!!!!!! Sat there for 2 hrs this afternoon, NOT a bird to be seen, shot 3 rabbits instead (1 mixy). But htis morning there were flocks of 30 - 50 when I walked the dog where I set up this afternoon !!!! I hate pigeons LOL :lol::lol:

Just been out today in South Northumberland with two mates and we got 40 birds.

It was hard going as no wind and very sunny but an enjoyable day.

Yes we had a poor day but I enjoyed it and it was an introduction to NPPC.
