Salop Matt
Right, just refuelled. 290 miles no fuel light, 34.4 ltrs of fuel. Online calculator says 38.32mpg.
Salop Matt
I've looked at a 3dr Vit but folk swear the very best mpg from them is 30mpg and most likely 25mpg. I would love to have one for a month and see what MPG I could get from one as this would be an alternative for me. I recon I could get 35mpg driving like a saint. henry d
Prefer the Jimny to the Vitara for pure off roading, for towing the Vit wins. I used multi terrain tyres and it handled steep muddy inclines like a dream, only time I got stuck was a freshly cut hay field as the prop grabbed the hay and eventually stopped it dead, fortunately it didn`t catch fire and only took a couple of minutes to clear the prop shaft. I`d get another in a heartbeat
jall25
People think they drink fuel as they only have such a small tank 45 quid fills ours do the calculations and you will see easy mid 30's regards
Hendrix's rifle
A bit late to the party but here goes, 2003 Jimny on mud terrains, goes anywhere and everywhere (can be a curse though, other vehicles cant get to you) gets 2 red hinds, rifle and dog in it. Does 70-75 tops, not great for motorway work lol. I used it as my daily and I was getting around 40mpg. Great little trucks. Put a front locker in them and they are literally, unstoppable. They will climb anything you point them to. I am honestly yet to get stuck! Much much better than my navara with mud tyres on it. It's not even a contest
twenty
My son has had a Jimny converted to a flat bed pick up, with a good set of off road tyres it goes anywhere, it has been lifted a bit as well, outdoes all the ATV,s he has had in the past.
