beanieboy
Just traded my CZ527 223 for a Weihrauch 22 Hornet. Have a Wildcat Evo that I used with the CZ, but it is too heavy for an already hefty rifle like the Weihrauch. Was thinking of something like the Wildcat Panther 22......anyone using one on a Hornet? Zetter
I have a wildcat panther on my .17 Hornet and really rate it. Its a lot lighter that the Evo I have and does just as good job. I had my .17 hornet chopped to 18" and with the Panther on it its now like a .17 HMR in terms of pointability but with a lot more wallop. beanieboy
Thanks for that Zetter. Think I'll take a look at the Panther.
walshie
I have a Hausken MD45 on my 22 hornet. Works very well.
casts_by_fly
The Sak is the best value for money for me. I’ve used mine in the 17 and it is perfect for a light gun. Mine is also for sale incidentally as we are moving but I’d recommend it regardless. rick
steve_b_wales
Take a look at the Phantom moderators.(available from Sportsman Guncentre) I bought one that was proofed for calibres up to 22-250 and it's excellent. I tried it on my mates 22-250 and we were both impressed. Don't let the low'ish price put you off.
