Ballymac
Some of the birds from saturday, 54 corvid, 1 grey and 19 pigeon, had another mixed bag earlier in the day of approx 45 (only 6 pigeons) but no camera. Had probs with equipment breaking down, but not a bad result, although surprised at the lack of pigeons.

monkeyboots
ballymac do you find you get bigger bags of crows useing the rotary than plastic decoys
Ballymac
USING ROTARY over standing crop in a laid down patch was far more successful for obvious reasons. Will let you know over the next few weeks as the rotary broke, gettin fixed as we speak, it certainly seemed to get the attention of more birds. What we have found is when several crow (6-9) decoys, on ezzy wobblers, are placed with the pigeon decoys they seem to decoy better. And that is both pigeons and crows. There are that many crows around at the moment that it is a bit easier at the moment. But if you are after crows, get a few crow full body decoys and put them on ezzy wobblers and a flying crow on a bouncer, never seems to fail as long as there are birds in the air.
