Penelope
I have been given this box of flies this morning and I wondered if the massive can help identify them, please?
henry d
LHS wallet, 2nd, 3rd, 4th rows down are all buzzers of some sort. The rest are nymphs of various sorts possibly not all of them have a name as I know sometimes I used to just tie what I thought looked effective or had seen near/on the water or in the trout. Bottom left with the white wings look like a coachman along with "winged" olives or similar. Middle row middle wallet look like a variation on pheasant tailed nymph. Walker570
The name is irrelevant...do they work and looking at those I would say they all stand a very good chance. Lucky man, lot of value there and a nice box to boot. Edited November 25, 2019 by Walker570
panoma1
All nymphs! Maybe a few wet flies on the bottom right? Edited November 25, 2019 by panoma1
Penelope
I will donate them to someone I know that does a bit of fluff flinging, as they'll get some use. The box is a nice Wheatley one.
