lord_seagrave
Good afternoon all, There's some sort of Java problem with my work computer, and it isn't letting me use the search topics function. Has there been a discussion on the merits and de-merits of the Härkila Kodiak jacket and, whether there has been or not, can anyone recommend a London stockist? Google isn't coming up with much, and I very much want to try one on in the flesh. All opinions (however unsubstantiated) gratefully received as always. Regards, LS

Dunkield
Do a google search for Seeland, I think you will find Blackwolf in Hertforshire may be your closest supplier.

lord_seagrave
Thanks chaps, Farlows of Pall Mall will be stocking them as of September 1st. I shall present myself slathering with anticipation and see if it lives up to my expectations. Trouble is, it is very tempting to "just try" other stuff whilst one is there... tulkyuk
Seeland also do a very nice line in Stalking gear - try this http://www.deergear.co.uk - the thornhill jacket is superb

I used to like going to Farlows and Hardy's when I was in town working, somehow I thought Sportfish had swallowed all that lot up?
lord_seagrave
Farlows is definitely going strong, but I don't know who's backing it. I'll have a snoop next month and let you know how I get on. Regards, LS

Lurch
I do not know a london stockist but you could try www.bushwear.co.uk if you are not happy you can send it back. Or in my buying experience you could order an item, they could send you a different, inferior and cheaper item. Then you could complain, and then they could ignore you. Shan't be rushing back there. Lurch
I wouldn't have been too worried if it had been just a mistake - mistakes happen. Not responding to my complaint put the tin lid on the matter for me.
