Walker570
RCD ?? I don't know about but I was informed by a scientist at Cambridge that almost all rabbits with RHD will die underground and he was having difficulty getting any dead ones to check on. That is quite a while ago. I therefor cannot be affirmative as to would rabbits be edible. All I know is that a chap on here is more than happy to feed them to his ferrets when he can get them. kennett
RCD is another name for RHD, you will be lucky to shoot one with it. The time from infection to death is 24-48hrs, early signs will be bleeding from the eyes or nose and fits.

I wouldn't worry about it and just shoot a couple, if they are healthy enough to be running about they will be fine to eat!
figgy
I would watch and see how may are about. If not many let them breed. You can have many pies then.
