butchdickason
The shoot is in aid of St Michaels Hospice.Basingstoke, last year the event raised over £5.500. The entry fee is £25 for the 100 bird sporting shoot which incorporates a four man team simulated pheasant drive, an auto flurry team stand etc. There is also a pool shoot. The event starts at 10.30 - 4P.M. It is entry on the day, single guns or teams, all are most welcome. Refreshments available on site. Elvetham Estate is located just off the A30 between Hartley Wintney and Blackbush Airport and will be signposted on the day. I shot this event last year and it is a brilliant well organised fun event with prizes for Top Gun, Four Man Flurry Team and a Junior team prize. If you need any info give me a ring on 07836795733. or email butchdickason@aol.com. Forgot to say Carteridges are available at the shoot and it is a Fibre Wad day. Pete. The Sniper
Yes I can confirm that, for a Scot, BTMS has got into the habit of paying for a round If this wasn't so far away I would be joining him and enjoying his company again. Browning
Gentlemen, Sounds like a good day will be had by all. Looking forward to meeting you. Hows about this for an idea (Shoot me down in flames if it's a bad idea !) Seeing as it's for charity....how do PW members feel about sponsoring the PW team ? e.g. 1p per clay hit ? That would be a maximum of £4 for charity if we all shot 100 straight !
remytherussell
Sponsorship seems a good idea. It would show the anti-gun folks we do have hearts. (I'll have it deducted from my bonio money)
