Hi

I'm just introducing myself.

I live in Cumbria and my interest is air rifles although at the moment I don't have one. The last one I had was over 60 years ago and now with a large private garden I've decided to do some 'plinking' with my grandchild. I hope to buy a Remington Express XP in 0.177 calibre. Pheasants visit the garden frequently; here my grandchild is feeding one. They are particularly fond of sunflower hearts and peanuts.

Hi and welcome

Ive a express xp in 22. Dont be put off straight away, it takes nearly a tin before it beds in and stops shooting like a 12bore. If you fancy tinkering with it, i highly recommend a tbt tuning kit, just watch the safety spring as its easily lost, but one out of a clicker biro will work with a bit of cutting down. I think they are smooth, accurate guns with a bit of work
