grrclark
A quick query for the knowledgeable. A friend of mine has asked me about gettings barrels re-blued, he has a couple of wear marks and was thinking about using a cold blue solution to touch them up, i know this can be a little hit or miss and it doesn't last particularly well. The other option of course is getting them re-done properly. So any idea of ball park pricing on getting a set of 30" OU barrels reblacked? Modern gun, no dents, dings, loose or bashed ribs, etc, he just wants them cosmetically perfect.
TIGHTCHOKE
Will be very patchy, better to wait and let them get a bit worse and then have them done professionally by Barrel Blacker! About £100 plus postage I would reckon. My disclaimer is that without contacting Dan, we will not know!

grrclark
I have seen Dan's work on Facebook and it is top quality. I'll get my mate to ask Dan directly on FB for a price.

Gordon R
Dan Bromley is a man at the top of his profession. There may well be others on this Forum who are excellent, but Dan would be my first port of call.

Just to add a +1 to the above, Dan's work is second to none
