Supermarkets don't cover all areas for delivery and even if they do getting a slot is next best thing to impossible I was thinking Amazon etc for things other than food. strimmer_13
I can see why he's done it, to a degree. Supermarkets being open had the monopoly of being able to sell everything when all the small independent local shops had to close. The supermarkets I bet made a fortune last time round. People were going just as it was a bit of normality, an exposure to a routine they used to have and would buy **** just for the sake of it. But now supermarkets can't sell a kettle either, places like ebay and amazon are going to make a killing thus helping along the permanent closure of small shops on the high Street. Not that this was never not going to happen, Internet shopping has been the shop killer for years, not corona. He's just helping it along.
