Scully
Was on the local news earlier, and National I believe. Police stopped a van just outside our village one night mid week, which had three blokes in it in full camo’, with dogs. They were all from different addresses in Newcastle ( 40 odd miles away ) and all were fined the same 200 quid.
Jonty
A truly avoidable incident with devastating results for the team member involved. Yet another example of self entitled people thinking that the rules don’t apply to them.

On top of the needless injury to the rescuer, if either of those rescued were carrying the virus, it would mean those involved in the rescue would need to isolate and therefore out of action for that length of time. That is a very tricky issue as most of the time, you are dependant on the casualty actually having the good will to contact the team and let them know as there is no formal chain of communication once the casualties are handed over to the Ambulance service - if it was an avoidable rescue such as this one or many of the current lockdown shouts, there's not much chance of that happening.
