WalkedUp Posted October 20, 2021 Report Share Posted October 20, 2021 I do not know the answer to that wrt NI as our effective tax rate is very high and the the complexity makes meaningful comparison hard. I mainly dropped it in here as a useful resource to give some context of our pension system. It would be great if BoJo or any politician had the vision to find a better system to encourage and reward longer careers rather than keep patching the unaffordable, broken one successive governments have cobbled together.
