henry d
Well I`m off to watch the first of the quarterfinals of the RWC. It will be a fascinating experience and I can recommend it to anyone, WHY ??........... ..........because it will be in a pub full of people who will support the "Convicts !" A Scottish pub is THE best place for a laugh and good craic when ENGLAND are playing Laters............
Baldrick
Bl**dy porridge wogs..... We're going to be chewed up and spat out by the convicts. I might even go out shooting instead.
WeihrauchPower
Tonights the big night! Funnily enough no ones watching it over here. They only seem to care about Aussie rules and cricket! I'm sure they'll bring the subject up if they win though!

Baldrick
I wish I'd stayed behind and watched the game now, but 17 pigeon (all flighted, incl 3 left-and-rights) and 26 rabbits later, at least I put the time to good use.

You did indeed! Weapon of choice? Still, I would have watched the mighty England, flighted the pigeons then lamped the rabbits. FM
Baldrick
Browning B25 with Rottweil 34g Panthers for the pigeons, then back to the Landy to fetch the moderated CZ .22 for the rabbits. To my astonishment, since I moved to Essex in July and got permission over this particular 1200 acres, I've bagged over 760 rabbits.... and they just keep breeding. I can't seem to eradicate them entirely. Virtually every rabbit I've shot in the last few weeks has had myxomatosis though, so there's little challenge to it.
