ditchman Posted May 29, 2022 Author Report Share Posted May 29, 2022 well ive just finished my "experiment"............it was quick ...easy and seriously full of flavour.....instead of using shallotts i used spring oinions...and i have stopped using british grown supermarket potatoes and i am using american Idahoian" dried potatoe ...which with a bit of black pepper and butter is very tasty ...far more taste than boring supermarket spuds........ i used Hereford Agentinian red wine at £6.75/bot.......quite surprised at how nice it was........ try it...............very tasty cheap good meal Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
