Always tend to do individuals as stop the arguments

this evening we’re not too shabby.

not allowed to divulge secret ingredient as passed down through 3 generations of Agriv8’s if word got out I’d be deported to Lancashire

as for everything else equal quantities of flour milk eggs good pinch of salt if you use that you don’t have to rest the batter but I usually do

the batter for these (just polished off ) was made about 20 mins before use !

can use lard bit I find rape seed oil gives a cleaner taste ( to allow the secret ingredient to shine through )

Agriv8 born and bread in Yorkshire - strong in arm and weak in head !

I use a few different recipes for Yorkshire puddings from James Martin's recipe to a Ballymaloe recipe. They are all different and obviously give different results..An extra egg or more milk to an added knob of melted butter to the batter makes changes to the finished pudding.

Ive been recently using a lad on instagrams recipes to good effect. Check him out for your Yorkshires,Toads in the holes and Roasties ect... @Jimladoffical
