I made his quiche and it turned out excellent. I am by no means a cook, but followed his recipe to a t, so easy and simple. He is a retired cook from the North East ( Geordie ) i think. There is another chef worth watching called ''The Backyard Chef'' similiar style with some modern stuff. His voice grates on me a bit but he is a very good cook.
