243deer
If the Turner prize had existed in 1976 no doubt the pile of bricks we all remember would have won the prize.
WalkedUp
As it is based in my city I listened to a review of it on Front Row, BBC Radio 4 earlier this week. I had to switch station in disgust almost immediately as the woman reviewing almost gleefully announced that it was the ‘most diverse shortlist ever, thankfully with no white men in sight’. I am disgusted by all forms of racism but find this faux inverse racism particularly pernicious.
