CaptC
Found this today attached to a very unusual continental 16 bore cartridge belt A bit of research showed that the lettering was Russian -PKM. The extractor end fits a 16 bore cartridge head by the sizing hole is a tad too small. Anyone any knowledge please?
TIGHTCHOKE
My opening bid - used by Russian Military for their Mortars. All the ones I had much to do with had shotgun cartridges of various bores as their propulsion.
CaptC
Might go along with that one as at the end of the PKM stamp it has 00 16k Thanks
Centrepin
I'm familiar with the PKM and used it a lot in the late 90s albeit over 20 years ago now. Never seen one of those, the gun is really simple much like an AK, can't think what it's used for. Maybe TC is on the right track, I have no knowledge of soviet mortars.
