GMK service - spot on

I bought a fairly new DT11 a year or so ago, and it always had the smallest of timing issues on the ejectors. It was never enough to bother me to get it seen to, but enough of a niggle that it occasionally bothered me. As I bought the gun privately, I had no line of recourse. 

I dropped GMK an email and they responded within an hour, and as I work close to their office they said a gunsmith would be in touch to discuss a repair and any potential costs.

The issue wasn't anything that needed "proper" gunsmithing, and was a small timing issue fix. They provided this fix for free under warranty, and I had the gun back within 48 hours.

The chap that I dealt with was polite, informative, and genuinely kind. Whilst I have heard both sides of the GMK coin for positives and negatives, I had a really positive experience with the online customer service team and the gunsmiths, and it was an easy and smooth process.

Just wanted to share a positive GMK experience, and their local team in Segensworth, Hampshire. On this occasion, very much a 5* service.
