Makes you wonder if your tastes change as you get older as I've never soaked mine and always had pigs liver 🤔🤔🤔🤔

On the up side the mash was made from the cheapest whites out of the co-op and they were lovely 😋

Best liver and onions I have ever had was year's ago when we stayed in the Crown and Woolpack in Long Sutton, from memory I think the landlady was called Monica, really nice lady and superb cook.

I've had it at home and out and I've enjoyed it but this was something else.
