Ditch mambo-italiano

pan fried beef and chanti ravioli.....with added fine chopped onion...chopped spinach...3 table spoons of carbonara sauce topped with stinky iti cheese and fresh parsley

glass of red wine and couple of slices of garlic parsley and butter oven bread

(dont like sloppy sauced raviolli...i like just enough so i can taste all the ingrediants)

it was perfect "just a fork food"............i pan fry all my rav' pasta...gives a nice nutty flavour to it......in some parts of Italy they roll raviolli in bread crumbs and deep fry it....makes a nice starter...........

yup the were what i wanted....i will be using them under the grill.....where i can get some real qick searing heat...mostly for belly pork and the like with foreign muck sauces..

i have a Korean lined up shortly....with some stir fried Kimshi...(yes you can stir fry Kimshi) :good:
