old'un
I like pork belly, my mom used to cook on a low heat in the oven till it was almost falling apart then she would put it under the grill for ten minutes to crisp the outside, served with spring cabbage, mashed potato and carrots, and of course loads of gravy. PS, think the white plates look better. Edited October 23, 2023 by old'un

Loads of onion and mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes and whatever veg she has grown from the plot. At the moment she is majoring on spinach, carrots and broccoli
old'un
"OI loikes pig" if you like pork try a pork hock stew, takes a long time and a lot goes into it but it’s the best stew you will ever taste. Strange thing about pork hock stew not a lot of people have heard of it, I was first feed it by my nan back in the late 50s. 2 minutes ago, amateur said: My wife uses that method too, but with the slow cooker, finishing with the air fryer.
