Certainly lightweight but also the modular element allows extra baffles or even cleaning (not sure why I would but ....). I damaged my dpt mod and the importer sent me a replacement part by return to check it fit and then I paid later. The service was excellent. I have one on my 308 and recommended them to friends with 338 Lapuas and they really like them.
