Tomorrow nosh

Going to do a Tandorri tomorrow.....with a Bombay boona boogaloo...in the wok...with a tomatoe base as that and boona spice goes reel good

the Tandorri mix i use is a veryrough ground mix (you can see the spices in it)........made a paste up of tandorri mix ....ginger...garlic...crushed chili's...oil....lemon...then rubbed it in the cut chicken breast and shoved in the fridge until tomorrow.....i will cook it quick  in the top of a very hot oven....then serve it up with bas' rice and a couple of wedges of fresh lime..

well ...thats the idea..:w00t:
