ditchman Posted September 13, 2024 Report Share Posted September 13, 2024 mel keeps saying he will do this reciepe on a lazy open coal fire in his little hunting wood....its easy and fun....soaked the big chunks of chicken in a rough ground tandorri spice with muscavado cane brown sugar..oil/water/and a few other bits .....overnight ..then skewered it up just now ....with just plain boiled courgette......and not forgetting the lime lamb....mint sauce pork ...apple sauce beef...horseradish sauce TANDORRII CHICKEN ....LIME will cook it about 2.30 with plain basmatti rice and the juices from the grilled skewers poured over the courgette and rice..........
