mel keeps saying he will do this reciepe on a lazy open coal fire in his little hunting wood....its easy and fun....soaked the big chunks of chicken in a rough ground tandorri spice with muscavado cane brown sugar..oil/water/and a few other bits .....overnight ..then skewered it up just now ....with just plain boiled courgette......and not forgetting the lime

  • lamb....mint sauce
  • pork ...apple sauce
  • beef...horseradish sauce
  • TANDORRII CHICKEN ....LIME 

will cook it about 2.30 with plain basmatti rice and the juices from the grilled skewers poured over the courgette and rice..........
