Another one in favor of spice free , what on earth did T C do before spices came into town , mind you he spent a fair bit of time overseas so I recon he got a head start before our streets were plagued with Chinese take a ways .

Lately they have had a deal on at M + S , three half's of cooked chicken for £8.00 , that was more or less buy two and get one free , oh and they do freeze .     MM

Spices have been around for an awful long time MM.

It is addictive, but I cannot get a substitute from the NHS.
