Shambam1962 Posted Sunday at 17:20 Report Share Posted Sunday at 17:20 I made a Zebra wood pen yesterday for Marsh Man and whilst in the shed I prepped a few wooden pen blanks for turning today. I really enjoy making the wooden pens and they are very easy and straightforward to make. The turning part is the easy bit, but the drilling of the blacks to accept the brass tubes is a bit time consuming. The zebra wood pens look really nice once sanded and sealed and polished. Each zebra wood pen is different and unique. Marsh Man’s pen is fitted with an antique gold pen kit and looks very nice completed. The wood blanks in the photo is Ash, Zebra wood, Indian Rosewood,Zebra wood and the 5th pen in the photo is Black Walnut. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
