Guest The Outlaw
My old 20 bore fusion gold jams on certain types of shell. 21gm,24gm and 28gm good as gold but ely and express seem to get stuck as they are popping out of the chamber. If you strip the gun down there is a bit on the chamber end of the barrel that rotates around the end of the barrel. I think it is the back of the mag. If it is not dead right this could stop the shell from ejecting properly. I have checked all the little holes and seals to make sure the gases are doing thier thing but it still does it. Is this what happens to yours? Tony

If it is not a 3" chamber then I may leave it but for £100 on a Browning that seemed quite good. If folks here have experienced it themselves and know it is not expensive I may take the risk. cheers MS
Guest The Outlaw
It depends on the age and model mate. My fusion gold 20 bore went for £500 including a spare set of brierley chokes and a child/ small stock as spare

fortune
I've just stripped out two b80's for a mate. These are basicaly a Berretta 302 assembled by FN in portugal. They are pretty straightforward guns that have a gas piston under the forend that punts a tube and con rod to the bolt backwards. This piston can get clagged up with powder residue especially if it has been oiled up. Could be **** in the body slides or a multitude of things causing the jam up. At what point of the firing cycle does it jamb ?
malkiserow
Found a bit more info.... It has a "square back" where it meets the stock..... It has a spring so I guess it is mechanical rather than gas ... does this help identify the model?
