Gas seal Posted Monday at 18:55 Report Share Posted Monday at 18:55 Hi Bobby, the first steel wads were very thick walled and the cartridges were not very good. A lot of improvement and now bio wads. I made my own paper wad and tested them with steel number six shot , l now use them for tss and itm shot. I found the nitro card not good enough l made my own with cork and the wad separately. the commercial bio wads will ( melt in water) . You could be on a crest of wave with what's coming lead ban wise. Very industrious. I'm still surprises TSS doesn't burn through paper when I see what it does to mylar and plastic. I'm looking forward to the Jocker wads/paper wads and saying goodbye to plastic.
