MM Yes indeed MM, and we all need to eat, so all the food put up on here is essential but might not be to everyone's taste,,,, why would it ? And all my little digs and criticisms are all done in jest, which I hope can be seen by all 🤷♂️😆🥳😂

Dirty boy, I was not thinking about the same thing you are. I never have to worry about putting weight on old'un it was losing weight that I was getting concerned about , I have just had my bath and within a pound I was exactly the weight as I was a week ago which I am happy with , I don't often eat the whole plate full that is shown in the photo , my dog look forward to whatever I leave and I am sure he would put some weight on if he didn't get the amount of exercise he get at the moment , most of my working life I was 38 inch waist and went around 14 stone , I was already losing a little weight when my wife was still here , this was mainly in my arms with me no longer doing manual work and wasn't eating so much , now I am around 12 and a half stone with a 36 in waist which is now a little loose , 34 is to tight and 36 like I say is a bit to big . so at the moment all is good and hopefully it will stay like that .
