i was doing the rounds this morning geting dome farmers to put my permision on paper ( ready for when russ91 comes for a shoot ) and i saw a middle aged women trying to catch her dog. she wasnt doing very well as she recons theres tenden problems in her leg. as she was strugling i asked her if she wanted help and she said yes.. the dog wouldnt come i had to follow it down the snowcovered public footpath. 5 minuites later i came back with it on my lead and handed it over, then we walked to her house ( she had my leed ). it turned out to be a farm so i asked if she had a rabbit problem and she had... permision was granted. then a neighbour walked buy and she got me her land  and she is going to ask her neighbour the other way and the chap who owns the land above

so as the title says my good deed for the day was well worth the trouble

 Nice one........

Kind of similar to how i got one of my permissions, i was examining a guy in my assessment room for one illness and noticed a huge fresh scar on his leg, i asked him what it was, he told me that it was from recently having his femur pinned after falling off his horse after it bolted from treading on a "bloody rabbit". I said was that at a riding school, he said nope, "mum and dad have a farm"............"Oh says I, Rabbits a problem?"........... "Yeah they scare my horse all the time, I cant ride him anymore"........."sorry to hear that....want them reduced?"............yeah why you know anyone?......permisssion granted lol  .

I had something very similer happen to me about 5 years ago .I was driving through the wilds of deepest norfolk when i came across a defender broken down on the side of the road .There was a horse box on the back of the 90 with two ponys inside .I stoppped and asked if i could be of any help . The old boy was concernd about the two ponys in the trailor ,and his daughter wanted to get the horses home as soon as possible . I offered to hook the horse box onto my disco and take them home ,they only lived about 5 miles away . I towed the 90 down the road to a layby ,and hitched the horse box onto the disco and towed them home . To cut a long storey short .He was a local farmer and gave permission to shoot his farm for vermin .a job i still do to this very day . The moral to this story is always help somebody out if you can in the country side he may be a farmer with pigeon problems . Harnser .

So is the reason people help others out incase they get something in return? all well and good if you do its a nic ebonus but dont thinks its neccesary you should be willing to help for nothing not just incase ya get something out of it.

i dont belive it says anywere on here that help was offered to get permision but it was a bonus. some times you just land on your feet. do a good turn for some one if you can cos it always comes back eventualy
