nevb
The thumbhole is the X1V 1417, I have one its short and light brilliant to use from a vehicle,or light enough to carry around all day nice to hold/use,loves winnie subs, deadly on rabbits. For me there is only one thing better.....................my 1517 HMR!! Cheers Nev.

TheDaveyBoy
First off .. Good name brand. Been shooting these on and off for 20yrs and cant get better. Take a good look to guntrader and check out the 1422 ( 22lr ). Ive the 1420 and they are a beautifully balanced weapon and groupings out to 120yrd / 100m with HV. Take a £50 Sako suppressor and you are away. My experience is that the best weapons by Anschutz have the 54 match action .. and of course feed it Winchester for consistancy .. Tried RMS .. and threw them on a fire I was so disappointed. There are loads of mods you can do but straight from the box its great.. Is better than but compares very well with the famous Sako Finfire .. bl00dy good gun strong and accurate. Hope it helps

PAULT
mosa what does this rifle shoot like
mosa
Very good. It feels very strange when you 1st pick it up due to its length but you soon get used to it. If you look on website for shooting times 2 -3 weeks ago it was a double page spread review in there thats why i bought one. To be honest i am almost nearly taking the .17hmr version out all the time as i feel much more confident in the shot (just me i suppose) i never seem to miss with that from any range due to its flat trajectory. Hope this helps. Pitty you were nt near me you could have had a go of mine. you may have went home with it also ha!!
