Fisherman Mike
Heres the letter I sent to my local MP. I know its not the right place for it but couldnt upload it any where else. I know my name and adress are on display but I dont care. if an anti wants to get in touch I would welcome a formal and candid chat... even Jesus was allowed a last supper and the executed a last cigarette. I dont expect a positive response from the guy because im not convinced he can read or write... Fisherman Mike
I have removed the letter as a precautionary measure following sound advice from Mr. Pieman and Aled. (as my adress was displayed) As a matter of interest I actually received a reply from my PM who I think had his feathers ruffled a little. It was very curt and I have sent an equally curt reply ! He was more concerned about the storming of the commons and I explained politely that when honest, hardworking and generally law abiding people are backed into a corner by a unequitable and draconian act; that is the only recourse open to them. He said that the Pro Hunt and the Anti Hunt were making too much out of the situation and it had been blown ouit of all proportion, However he did let slip that he thought a "compromise could be reached". I think these words came from a higher source... we shall see. Keep the faith FM
webber
Mike Your letters are both informative and entertaining. I wonder if there is a way for you to post the letters on the forum but deleting personal criteria? webber

webber
Mike Ive just read your MPs reply. You are quite right, he is a ***** of the first order. I dont need to write to my MP to find his views, as I already know that he would be a good companion for your MP. webber
