Dunkield
Deer slots, which kind would depend on the scale, but they are probably Roe.

Dunkield
Try going back early morning or late evening to answer that one. I see deer all over the place at the moment, they seem very active just now.
DaveK
I will be mostly sitting in the living room looking out of the window at green fields getting hammered by rain :yahoo: Its stopped raining now Jonno Strange configuration though. The main slot looks normal for a walking deer but to the front the print seems to be widened tips as if it was running. Might have been dancing? Suffolk shooter
Strange configuration though. The main slot looks normal for a walking deer but to the front the print seems to be widened tips as if it was running. Might have been dancing? Could it be that it is actually walking in its own footsteps and therefore creating the illusion of bigger spread? And by dancing do you mean "Pronking" or as normal people say it Prancing? Dunkield
And by dancing do you mean "Pronking" or as normal people say it Prancing? It's official. I have never met a 'normal' person

Blackbart
Someone will be along shortly to say its conclusive evidence that black pumas do exist in there thousands and are all around us as we speak, as it is obviously a puma with an old unicorn hoof stuck to its pad and the fact that it looks so very very like a deer slot should not fool you,as it can not be mistaken for anything else really apart from a big cat print. Highlander
Difficult to see what the scale is but the only two species that leave prints like that (seperate front points) are Reds and Sika. Take your pick.
