red_stag88
Description..... Johnny had been on the **** with Yp, and got through more than enough whiskey. They both went to the curry house, and ate it on the walk back to YP's showerless establishment. YP then came up with the bright idea that they should see if they could smoke the entire contents of the humidor in half an hour......
red_stag88
Johnny, I wouldn't worry about the rats, you've got bloody panthers!
Jonnyni
ok The last photo shows the first area i found which is underneath the flags. There was a bit of a hole going under the flags which lead to some pipe (dont know what is is). The first photo is sand that I have put down to fill a small area which definately is a tunnel running the lenght of the flags (2nd photo) starting from where the sand has been put right along the grass edge to the end of the flags. The sewer (3rd photo) is opposite the the sand. The room beyond the window is my living room and believe it or not under that is the bedroom (split level house remember  ). and it is at that spot where the dog goes mad and I hear the rats in the midde of the night. I think I have found the bast@rds. I also think that I might have to dig my garden up or even worse. I will post a better pic of the tunnel tomorrow just never though about it at the time. Jonnyni
Johnny, I wouldn't worry about the rats, you've got bloody panthers! **** I didn't even notice that now im afraid to go out. That tunnel by the way is exactly where the grass meets the flags and is down into the ground about 8". Im gettin better with those pics too although the composition might have been 100 times better. (it was dark and raining, I was in a hurry). P.S. How much of a nightmare do ya think this is going to be to sort out.
Yorkshire Pudding
Jonny Thems the ratus ratus fella . It's not going to be a problem to sort out if you have some money spare . Get yer sel down to your new found friends place of employment . Get him to give you trackin powder and poison . Place the tracking powder in the runs , an the poison at the end of the runs near where the source of their food was . DO NOT let yer dog/cat/kid anywhere near the poison or the tracking powder . all the best yis yp
Jonnyni
YP, That will sort out the initial problem but I want to find how the ******* got to burrow a tunnel and where it starts and finishes. I don't want this to be a recurring problem every year. I think I might have to dig up the garden along the line of the flags, maybe even lift them up to concrete up the access hole/holes into the house. More importantly the sewer might have a crack in it and thats where they are getting out. Im going to get the council guy back out.

barryrabo
i have just seen a rat in my back garden, unfortunately the wife saw it too! what is the quickest method of getting rid of it?it is now under my shed. a neighbour suggested using a ferret, would the ferret hunt the rat,my neighbour thinks it will as he has used ferret's to kill rats previously. Vermin Dropper
Personally I would not use my ferrets on rats. just bait it out and shoot the ******!
