dazbrit
Any of the Hammer house films. Not really scary now but frightened me when i was a kid and i think there still classics.
BSA Shaun
Most scary moment, Jaws, when the head of Ben Gardener falls through the hole of his partly sunken boat, whilst Hooper is trying to remove a great white tooth from the damaged boat. Jaws, now there's a good film. Remember that moment well!!

lord_seagrave
Event Horizon Sent shivers through me. Me too. A friend and I were watching it with the curtains closed on a summer's day. Not only did we end up having to open them, we also ended up opening the windows too so that some of the "normal" sounds of life could remind us that it was only a film. Don't really do horror films as I think you may have guessed...! LS

pumpitup
Yep, The Thing was a top film. I thought The Grudge was pretty creepy for a 15 cert. **** meself when i first saw Jaws. Poltergeist is another classic in my collection. Vaguely remember The Fog being another hide behind the cushion job as a kid. 'Course, then I saw Titanic and had nightmares for months! darebear
i LOVE horror movies. love em, love em, LOVE EM. i own quite a collection of them. when i was kid i loved the freddie films, and hellraiser was amazing. quite comical now tho. zombie films are probably my favourite, but to be honest, psychological torture terrorises me more than blood and guts. aren't horror films just the schiz nitz?
