MC
Guys, If you are planning to shoot this one I recomend to wear wellie boots. Radcliffes ground is not known for its landscaping and with this rain we have had in the last few days it will be fairly wet. See you all tomorrow. MJN
Also if the sun is shining anti Mozzie cream is a must, as the ones Robert breeds down there are huge. M.
Mungler
Had a top morning out - traffic and weather were good to us. Nice little shoot with 1 gimmie stand, 1 okay stand, 2 testing stands and 1 stinker. Also £10 for a round with £8 re-entry gets the thumbs up from me. Interestingly Broken Man's missus got the highest score of the day [for the whole shoot] on the "stinker stand" with a 9/10 (the most I could muster was 7/10), and the whole Essex mafia shot above their not inconsiderable weight. Nice to meet Poontang and the Bobster, but best of all was top gun and fifty crisp pounds with 47/50 Cheers for the heads up Martin, and let me know when the next one is. MC
Much respect goes to the mungler for an awesome shooting performance today. I could only muster a 38 on the first round, I did a 42 on the second which gave me high gun for the club members. It was good to meet you all and it was a top day. Broken mans missus Sue has some natural talent and should go a long way. The next one at that ground is this coming saturday (30th) and is the BASC team shoot. Catamong
Well done Mung, it's good to see somebody else on this forum who can actually hit the clays and build a decent score before their rear end blows. :o It should be a breeze for you at Scott Greenfields shoot. MC
Some news hot off the press, Broken man came joint second but wasn't there for the shoot off so he missed out, However Mrs Broken Man took first place in the ladies class and wins a few bottles of wine, much respect goes to Sue and her shooting.
