HARRIS
I have two possible locations from close freinds of the family 1. One is a farm (not sure of size) for pest control 2. The other is a farm that includes an old slate quarry for shooting vermin and a few pheasants what do you think?
Axe
Both are fine but don't shoot pheasant on second one.

Bleeh
I would go over to you, take your airgun, and snap it in half if I saw you shooting a pheasant (or Partridge, for that matter) with an air-gun. Don't even mention game, you'll get laughed at, and the farmer would just walk away.

ROB REYNOLDS UK
pheasants ,ok if you on a pheasants drive but for the rifle id leave well alone, some body some where has paid for that bird and no matter which land its on the man who paid for it will still think its his no matter whos land it has walked on ..i know you have the right to shoot them if there on your land ,but the farmer will get it in his ear at some time over it ..game keepers are funny folk i tell you ,even farmers can be the same even though thay dont shoot them they like to see them only so they can tell there buddys when they see them at market that they have game on there land ,same goes for hares a well ..so dont shoot hares or pheasants and you will keep the land you have that little bit longer unless they tell you to get rid of them ..stick to your vermin shooting theres plenty to go at ..i shot 6 magpies and one crow this morning with the rimmy .i will be getting a pat on the back off the farmer when i tell him ,i dont think he would be doing the same over a pheasant .. rimfire4969
Go for it, just forget the phesants untill you have a shotgun and a happy farmer who would like a brace of phesants for his roast.
