The mum made a nest in a grow bag. Gave me a fright one night when she moved around but the babes were so young I let them grow and fly the nest. But dident they leave a lot of **** after! For Hedgehog Sex. It has been so bad some nights i have even had to go out and move them on. Unfortunatly one night one of the little casanovas did not have his running shoes on. Well they dont they just breath heavy at each other untill one gets out of breath. Could it be Mrs Sweepy that you have witnessed hedgehog domestic violence rather than a wonderful act? vole Posted January 7, 2009 Report Share Posted January 7, 2009 I miss them since the badgers came back with a vengeance. I hardly see any round here any more,even the ones plastered on the road. Every Summer my garden is knackered by slugs which the hedgehogs used to make short work of.The sooner they stop protecting badgers the better. They did stuff all for my garden. I did once find a baby hedgehog by the side of the road and I got a friend to drive me 300 miles to Miss Tiggywinkles sanctuary where they took 'Spike' off my hands.
