waylett21
Kings Of Leon are outstanding. Saw them at the 02 Arena and at Glastonbury.
Wookie
Heh, I was born in '74, so I missed most of the 70's too, but I like the "Viet Nam era" music a lot (that's what comes from spending my teen years watching Deerhunter, Apocalypse Now etc). Besides, all you need to do is compare the carp from the 80s with the like of Hendrix, The Who, Pink Floyd, The Eagles. I'd prefer to think of the 80s as the decade that taste forgot. When i got a bit older and started to watch Gillmore's live stuff, just awesome

Wookie
And a strange and twisted world it is too! *grin* Comparing Floyd to modern rubbish is like comparing a TV advert to a good film. You might not appreciate, say Casablanca, right now, but when you get alittle bit more mature you will.
