MerseaDavid
No it is not too early to find pigeon chicks in nests, pigeons have been known to breed all year.
pro.carter
Pigeons are sort of retards when it comes to nesting, for example the collard dove will nest up to 5 times a year.

Cannon
Found two pigeon chicks in work today in our warehouse. They had fallen well over 40 feet from the roof beam they were nesting in. The fall had crippled them, so felt obliged to finish them off humanely. Warlock
If i remember correctly Wood Pigeons breed 3 times a year, what with the screwed up weather recently it wouldn`t be unheard of.
